This recall involves the Little Designer Collection by Forum Novelties' Twilight Princess Costume. Only costumes with lot number 41693 are affected by this recall. The lot number can be found on the garment tag located at the neck opening of the costume (see image).
Hazard identified:
Health Canada's sampling and evaluation program has determined that the recalled children's costume does not meet the flammability requirements under the Toys Regulations.
If exposed to ignition sources such as stove elements, candles, matches or lighters, the costume can catch fire, posing a risk to children.
As of October 26, 2021, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.
