Product description: This recall involves the pods from the Uwell Marsu Pod Kits as well as the replacement pods. These products can be identified with the following UPCs:

• UPC 6970305348579 (Blue and Black)
• UPC 6970305347824 (Black)
• UPC 6970305347831 (White)
• UPC 6970305347862 (4 Pack Replacement Pods)

Hazard identified: The recalled products do not meet the child-resistant packaging requirement for refillable vaping parts required by Part 2 of the Vaping Products Labelling and Packaging Regulations under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act. Vaping liquids containing nicotine pose a poisoning hazard if ingested. Improper packaging and labelling could result in unintentional exposure to these products and lead to serious illness, injury or death. As of October 15, 2021, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.
